Union Minister Piyush Goyal has been designated to oversee the selection process in Lucknow and to coordinate with central leadership. According to the transcript, party strategists are considering an OBC face to broaden the party’s social base and to counter a consolidated opposition narrative. Conversations reportedly emphasise balancing caste equations, strengthening grassroots units and accelerating preparations for upcoming electoral battles.
