    Apple Led Market as Global Smartphone Shipments Rose 2.3 Percent YoY in Q4 2025 Despite Growing Memory Shortage: IDC

    According to IDC's latest report, the global smartphone shipments increased 2.3 percent YoY to 336.3 million units in the fourth quarter of last year. Apple led the chart with 81.3 million units shipped. The iPhone maker grabbed 24.2 percent global market share. Samsung came in the second spot. Xiaomi, Vivo and Oppo came in the top third, fourth and fifth positions, respectively.
