    Highguard developer Wildlight Entertainment has announced layoffs just two weeks after the release of the game. The studio did not specify the number of employees impacted by the cuts, but according to former staffers, most of the team has been laid off. Highguard launched on January 26 on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S/X, but failed to make a dent on the highly-competitive hero shooter genre.
