    Budget 2026 नज़दीक है और insurance industry ने सरकार के सामने अपनी अहम मांगों की सूची रखी है। Industry का कहना है कि health और life insurance पर मिलने वाले tax benefits को मौजूदा महंगाई और बढ़ती medical costs के हिसाब से बढ़ाया जाना चाहिए। इससे लोग सिर्फ basic cover तक सीमित नहीं रहेंगे, बल्कि बेहतर और comprehensive insurance plans चुनेंगे। Experts ने Section 80D और 80C की limits बढ़ाने की मांग की है, साथ ही new tax regime में भी insurance पर tax deductions देने की जरूरत बताई है। इसके अलावा GST Input Tax Credit से जुड़ी दिक्कतें दूर करने की मांग है, ताकि insurers की लागत घटे और उसका फायदा कम premiums के रूप में ग्राहकों तक पहुंचे। अगर Budget 2026 में इन सुझावों को शामिल किया जाता है, तो insurance ज्यादा affordable बनेगी और health, life व retirement security भी मजबूत होगी।
