AIFF proposed owning and operating the ISL for 20 seasons under a new structure with promotion and relegation from next season. A central operational budget, club participation fees, and revenue sharing are planned. Clubs will respond soon, with meetings ongoing. The first season budget is Rs 70 crore, and ISL may start in February.
